Those of you who don't know I have recently started my stream right now it's mostly SF4AE PC Endless/Ranked with some random games on the side like DotA2, HoN and I don't really have a set schedule yet I pretty much go on around 2pm everyday and go until whenever. I want to do more stuff on it though so I came up with this idea that I would start a poll and have people vote on a character they want to see. The character with the most votes I will play for a week from scratch to kind of showcase how I go by learning a character from scratch from the basics(the stuff everyone seems to skip) to the advanced stuff(the stuff people go straight to and then think they are good at this game). I hope people are interested in this if not I am working on coming up with other cool stuff also if anyone has any good ideas that they would like to contribute I am more than happy to look into it!

Here is the poll

I haven't written a blog entry in too long, and I really wanted to fix that, even though entry will probably be on the short side. I originally wanted to write this entry before Evo, to hopefully give people something to think about before the biggest tournament of the year. Unfortunately, as I mentioned in my news post, my PC died a little before Evo, so a lot of projects for put on hold. Nonetheless, I feel like this topic is still a relevant one, and that is:

Getting the right mindset

This probably isn't going where you think it is, so I want to get one thing straight from the beginning: I'm talking about all the whiners, complainers, and crybabies fixing their attitudes. Alternatively, I want to look at how the advent of patches for fighting games has affected the community. ...

First and foremost I want to thank everyone for all the support throughout Evo especially to the very few of you who believed in me from the start of Evo. It feels really good to finally get what I wanted for 2 years especially because this was the hardest one to get out of the 3 so far considering the international comp. Also the fact that everyone has been calling me washed up makes it even better even though in reality I just stopped playing because super was trash but now I am back. I can't help but be kind of salty that top 16 played out the way it did =/ 18 Yuns, 11 Feis, 2 Vipers, 2 Abel, 1 Makoto and I got stuck playing the 1 Akuma and Seth sigh but whatever can't complain too much. I had a blast at Evo everything was perfect this year aside from the Marvel 5v5 this is the first Evo IMO that competes with the old Cal Poly pre Vegas Evos. If you didn't come this year you seriously fucked up I am beyond hyped for the fighting game community at this point I definitely love the direction that it is going. ...

Well for those of you who don't know I have been in TX for the past like 3 weeks or so I wanted to play AE already couldn't wait so I came here lol. Finally started playing seriously again and the first thing I realized once I am back is....My execution is gone =/. No joke I am a straight up scrub even in SF4 I can't really execute anymore lol. Of course this was like 2 weeks ago when I noticed this and have been working on it but trust me when I say theres not much progress lol.

I have been playing a shit load of Marvel 3 and even though I don't really have a set team yet I feel like I understand the game on a way higher level than I did before. I never noticed how much potential a lot of the characters had until I came here granted that everyone plays mostly Sentinal Magneto Wolverine here the few that don't were really creative. Me not having a team sucks right now but in the long run it will definitely pay off hopefully that "long run" is over before Evo comes around lol. ...

So the other day someone messaged me while I was doing my daily facebook rounds(lol) and began asking me questions about being a top player in the community and stuff. He then began talking to me about how he wants to take gaming to the next level and is thinking about dropping out of school to pursue this. Right off the bat I thought this was retarded I mean really why would anyone even think that this is a good idea I mean seriously so I had to investigate. Apparently someone(he told me the name but I would rather not say it but lets just say hes one of the biggest names on SRK and everyone who knows anything knows this guys name) told him that he would have to choose between a regular life or a gaming life if he was really serious about gaming and the kid was all torn between choosing between the two. Luckily I brought him back to earth because that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard for so many reasons but I am about to go over 2 good reasons lol.

Reason #1
